Ownership was eventually acquired by Arthur Walsworth by at least 1924. His father, Henry Walsworth was involved in the original construction. The Walsworth family was in continuous ownership until 2016 when Sylvia Walsworth Eakin, daughter of Arthur, passed away. Sylvia was married to Jack Eakin who passed away in 2006. Following Sylvia's death the house was sold.
